As for any business, note taking is an integral part of a business function. Note taking is not something you should take for granted. Without note taking all future: deals, plans and great business ideas are lost.

Yeah but as for me, we call it document instead of note. Everything we do we make sure they're all documented. So that we can at least have our defense that we did everything correct if any disputes on use are made.
It'll also be easy for all of use to check things we passed through if ever there are some.
