I have a couple cats and one of them is long haired, so it seems like there is always alot of cat hair on our furniture. I've found that a lint roller does better at getting it all up than a vacuum does. My hubby recently bought this pet hair remover thing by scotch and it works really well. I think it's kind of like a lint roller, but stickier and shaped differently so you can get into corners. At the moment, I can't remember what exactly it was called. Pet Fur Remover or something along those lines. |

A cheaper way to go is to use a small paint roller and some tape put on backwards, (sticky side out). This also works just as well. Or when I was in the service we just took tape and wrapped it sticky side out on our hands then dragged it across what we needed ot clean. __________________ Carl Carick

I never thought of using just plain tape. I'm surprised it would be sticky enought to remove pet hair. Seems like it would constantly have to be replaced. |

Good point. I know that stuff is pretty sticky and it's wide so it would cover a good size area. Thanks for the tip! |

| Yea, pet hair can be a huge pain and trying to handle it all is very difficult and I'm very happy I don't have to deal with it. We currently have a toy poodle and she doesn't shed a bit so don't have to deal with the problem but I have went to people's house with this and you really have to have patience to have that in your house so I applaud those of you who deal with it everyday. :] |

Some of my customers have pets. Occasionally, some of their fur gets on my clothes. I keep a lint brush in my car so I can brush it off before going to another customers home. |
